WELCOME TO CAMP BLUE RIDGE

Camp Blue Ridge is Haymarket Children’s Academy’s all-inclusive, award-winning, school-age 4-Season camp program! Open from Monday to Friday from 6:30 am – 6:30 pm, campers are divided into two groups: Cubs (rising 1st grade and 2nd grade) and Bears (Rising 3rd grade- 6th grade), with up to 150 campers a day in our 10,000 sq ft building. During the summer, each group will go on multiple field trips each week, along with doing on-campus STEM activities, art projects, and cooking enrichment classes. Camp Blue Ridge is in our Outpost building, which has its own 2-acre playground and full-size gym for campers to stay active all summer long and throughout the year during holidays.

Weekly summer tuition includes the cost of all field trips, breakfast, lunch, and snacks. All your camper needs every day is a water bottle and to be ready to make new friends and great memories!

We require 4 weeks, with 5 days a week, for summer enrollment.
If you have specific questions, would like more information, or want to schedule a tour of everything Camp Blue Ridge has to offer, please call Haymarket Children’s Academy or email Giovanna McGregor at gmcgregor@haymarketca.com.

DEVELOP RESILIENCY AND CONFIDENCE

Hello Camp Blue Ridge Families

Please read this email in it’s entirety before submitting paperwork.

We are excited and proud to share our camp schedules and calendars for Camp Blue Ridge 2026! Attached you will find the Cubs (rising 1st–2nd graders) and Bears (rising 3rd– rising 6th graders) calendars, along with the Parent Agreement and Camp Blue Ridge Code of Conduct. Enrollment is now open as of today, February 6, for both returning and new campers.

Please note these important updates for the upcoming summer: Due to the high demand for summer camp and the importance of accurate scheduling, we ask families to carefully select their weeks before submitting registration paperwork. Once paperwork is turned in, weeks may only be added, pending availability. Please wait to submit your forms until you are confident in the weeks your child will attend.

If space allows, we will do our best to accommodate a week swap; however, families will be held to the total number of weeks originally reserved. Families may withdraw completely from camp at any time prior to the May 8 deadline. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.

This year, we are offering registration fee incentives based on the number of weeks your child will attend: 4 weeks: $1505–8 weeks: $1009–10 weeks: only $50!

To enroll, all we need is a signed Parent Agreement, Code of Conduct, and the registration fee. For families new to Camp Blue Ridge, a complete enrollment packet is required (reply to this email for more information).

Please note that we filled up last year prior to the start of camp, so once you know your summer plans, we encourage interested families to return paperwork as soon as possible.

If you have any questions about our camp program, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help!

Happy Friday, Giovanna McGregor

Everything good, everything magical happens between the months of June and August.
